Katherine Jenkins Stuns in Seraphine at the Memorial Day Concert

Looking as beautiful as she sounded, Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins was a vision in a silk Seraphine maternity dress at the US National Memorial Day Concert last week.

The Welsh Mezzo captivated the audience at Washington DC and across the states with her flawless renditions of Elgar’s Nimrod and You’ll Never Walk Alone by Rogers & Hammerstein.

The dress she chose was our Navy Silk & Lace Maternity Evening Gown – a floor length silk chiffon maternity dress in midnight blue, featuring a feminine sweetheart shape with a black lace overlay, and a silk sash to emphasise the empire waist. It was the perfect choice for such a glamorous occasion, and she styled it classically with glowing makeup, drop diamond earrings and her blonde hair softly waved.

This isn’t the first Seraphine maternity dress to grace the stage of the National Memorial Day Concert… Last year, US songstress Megan Hilty was expecting her beautiful daughter Viola Philomena, and wore one of our stunning lace maternity dresses to perform a patriotic medley of WWII era songs.

Katherine and her artist husband Andrew Levitas are expecting their first baby (a little girl!) in the autumn, and so far she is looking radiant as ever, showing just the first hint of a baby bump.

Katherine has been a fan of our LUXE Seraphine maternity dresses, choosing several for high profile performances recently. She chose our Lace Detail Wrap Maternity Gown and our Blue Multiway Maternity Maxi Dress to perform at a series of concerts in London to commemorate VE Day last month.

It is also a huge pleasure to hear Katherine perform, and to see her looking so beautiful in Seraphine maternity dresses.
