The perfect fit for a stunning period location, or a dreamy garden wedding, our lace dresses are utterly beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Our stunning silk maternity wedding dresses are designed to work with your curves to offer an unbeatable drape and an enviable silhouette. Watch the Made in Chelsea Clip

Accompanied by her mum Jane and good friend and fashion guru Mark Francis, Binky loved our new collection, and even found the perfect maternity coat to wear to the TRIC Awards.

“I’m at Seraphine which is turning out to be the most amazing experience being a new mummy. Lots of amazing clothes, lovely and colourful, great designs and perfect for my little arrival. I definitely recommend it.” – Binky

While shopping, Binky also fell in love with our Luxury Nursing Shawl Wrap and picked one up along with a few other bits. Then later that day she posted this stunning picture to Instagram wearing it, teamed with a pair of our maternity jeans to pick up her brand new car.

Of course this isn’t the first time the stunning mama-to-be has rocked Seraphine maternity clothes. Not long after her pregnancy was announced, she was spotted wearing our Love No 1 maternity sweater and distressed maternity jeans while out shopping with her MIC co-star boyfriend Josh ‘JP’ Patterson. The couple had fun shopping for baby bits, accompanied by Binky’s adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Scrumble.

Binky is also a big fan of our cosy knitwear, and posted this adorable picture in one of our relaxed maternity jumpers, snuggled up with her sister & daddy-to-be JP.

Binky and JP are expecting their first baby – a little girl! – later this year and so far we are loving Binky’s style.

This week saw New York kick off proceedings in true NYC fashion with a string of inspiring shows, covetable collections and plenty of ideas to translate into your maternity fashion repertoire!

Stunning Stripes

Spring 2017 fashion trend: Striped dresses, maternity fashion

The Designers: Carolina Herrera, Lacoste, Alexander Wang

From vertical to horizontal, monochrome to multi-coloured, all in every conceivable combination, stripes are set to steal the show this season! We love the way designers mixed their stripes to flatter the figure, contrasting vertical with horizontal or diagonal for added impact.

Seraphine’s Top Tip: Don’t be afraid of horizontal stripes in maternity fashion! Far from making you look wider, they can actually work to slim your silhouette by highlighting your gorgeous baby bump!

New Mum Gifts with Fashion Blogger Elena Sandor of Eat.Wear.Travel

Congratulations new mama! Your beautiful little bundle of joy has arrived and here at Seraphine we have a few fabulous treats lined up to help you settle into your new role as mum. That’s right – the style doesn’t stop just because baby is born!

We’ve teamed up with fashion blogger Elena Sandor and her gorgeous new daughter Emma to show you just a few of our must-have new mum gifts.

The Stylish Changing Bag

Elena had tried several other styles before settling on our Cambridge Leather Changing Bag. Ours was the only one that not only fitted her needs as a new mama, but also stood up to the style test. She was thrilled with the chic look, and even plans to use it as a smart work bag after Emma is out of nappies. She said:

“The Seraphine Bag I have been carrying for a couple of weeks now, is a dream come true. Designed to look and feel just like a designer handbag, all my friends have been admiring it since it doesn’t look at all like a changing bag. Now I don’t have to hide it under a table, but proudly place it in the center of attention.”

Check out our stylish range of designer changing bags now!

The Tummy Tuck Leggings

After struggling with post-baby body image, Elena was thrilled to find our Post Maternity Shaping Leggings. Designed to smooth and sculpt your curves, these leggings provide medium level compression to streamline your silhouette and gently realign your uterus after pregnancy.

“They are simply amazing, tucking in all the unnecessary curves, providing 360° of compression. They are very high waisted going right up to underneath the bust, giving me the confidence to wear my pre-pregnancy clothes again. The material is thick and a bit glossy, perfect to wear under tunics or dresses.”

The 3 in 1 Maternity Parka

Get the look - Elena Sandor wears the Seraphine maternity parka

Elena named our clever 3 in 1 maternity coat ‘the parka of the season’! It’s fully adjustable with a drawstring waist, designed to be worn throughout pregnancy and long after baby is born. It comes with an ingenious zip on kangaroo panel at the front that’s perfect for babywearing – it fits easily over your baby sling or front carrier. As far as new mum gifts go, this is sure to be a winner!
“Seraphine has launched the coolest parka ever. Emma really loved it, she slept through our walk in the cold Brasov (mountain town in Romania). This is going to be my go to parka throughout the entire cold season!”

Baby K’tan

Baby K'tan loved by celebrities

And the perfect partner for the 3 in 1 parka? It has to be the Baby K’tan baby carriers! Quicker & easier to put on than a traditional wrap, the Baby K’tan is the babywearing sensation that converts can’t stop talking about. Made in soft natural cotton, the Baby K’tan is a celebrity favourite – it’s the ideal sling to team with your parka.

The Diana Collection

The Duchess of Cambridge Celebrates Her Birthday

This week Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 35th Birthday, and we thought we’d take the opportunity to look back at some of her best maternity fashion moments…

While expecting Princess Charlotte, the Duchess enjoyed a winter pregnancy and favoured Seraphine maternity coats and winter dresses for carrying out official public appearances.

Our Natasha Cashmere Blend Maternity Coat proved a firm favourite with The Duchess, who wore it out on several occasions, styling it with a matching floral dress. The luxurious blend of soft cashmere and springy virgin wool combined with the sleek elegant cut makes this a truly elegant outerwear option, perfect for everyday wear, or any smart occasion. The Daily Telegraph, Red Magazine and Tatler have all featured the style as one of her best fashion moments!

The Duchess of Cambridge wears the Vanessa Turtleneck Maternity Dress

The Duchess made a stunning impression in our Vanessa Turtleneck Black Maternity Dress on her first official visit to New York. Styling the dress with a statement Cartier necklace, it was the perfect look for meeting and greeting the VIPs of the New York creative arts scene, including Jenna Lyons the CEO of J Crew, often known as the woman who dresses America.

While expecting Prince George, The Duchess’ style was all about keeping cool and comfortable in chic summer maternity dresses. She was due at the height of summer, and had a heatwave to contend with through her final weeks of pregnancy.

Here at Seraphine, we will never forget the moment we first saw those iconic first official pictures with Prince George. Taken by proud new Grandad Michael Middleton on a beautifully sunny day, The Duchess simply glowed in our Fuchsia Knot Front Maternity Dress.

The pictures made headline news across the globe and our little pink maternity dress became an instant style classic – a must-have for every mama’s wardrobe.

The Duchess loved the knotted style so much, she chose the Lavender Blossom Knot Front Maternity Dress for the drive home from the hospital with the new baby Prince.

Kate Middleton is a true style icon and we are honoured that she chose Seraphine maternity clothes through both of her pregnancies.

New Year’s Resolutions: New Year, New Beginnings, New You!

Making New Year’s resolutions is a great way to start the year with a positive attitude & some new goals to strive for. But with a beautiful new baby on the way, this year’s resolutions are sure to look a little different from last year’s. You’re already headed for a dry January, and you certainly won’t want to be losing any weight!

Here are a few of our favourite resolutions for mamas-to-be…

Resolution 1: Take More Pictures

Get the Look: Black Maternity Shift Dress

This one’s a no-brainer. Pregnancy is such a special time in your life, and it’ll be over before you know it (even if it may not always feel that way)! Organising a pregnancy photo shoot is the perfect way to make some memories. Treat yourself to some beautiful new maternity clothes, get dressed up, do your hair & makeup, and capture your gorgeous new curves on camera. Of course once your little bundle of joy arrives , you won’t be needing any encouragement to get the camera out!

Resolution 2: Get Active

Staying active through pregnancy is a great way to help prepare your body for the physical demands of labour & caring for a newborn. Whether you decide to hit the gym, join a pregnancy yoga class or get out for a gentle jog, a little exercise is guaranteed to boost your mood and your energy levels. Check out our selection of stylish maternity sportswear & yoga gear.

Resolution 3: Eat Well

You’re eating for two now – and with a baby on board, it’s more important than ever to make sure you’re getting your 5 a day along with plenty of pregnancy-friendly vitamins, minerals & nutrients.

For more info, check out our post on healthy pregnancy eating habits

Resolution 4: Get Nesting

Babies come with plenty of stuff, so now is the time to harness those nesting instincts and have a good spring clean before he or she arrives. Take the opportunity to de-clutter, tidy and organise your home – you’ll have plenty on your plate once baby is born, so seize the moment & do it now while you have the time.

More Me-Time

Last but certainly not least, make sure that you take some time out for yourself to relax, recharge & indulge in things that make you happy.  Whether it’s a trip to the spa, a lazy weekend brunch or even just a  quiet afternoon to yourself, that brief moment will work wonders for your mood & your energy levels.

Whatever your resolutions, we wish you a healthy, happy New Year mamas!

The stylish singer was this year’s champion of Pampers’ on-going charity campaign for UNICEF, and promoted the cause live on TV and in the press looking stunning in Seraphine maternity dresses! It is a cause very close to Kimberley’s heart. She spoke passionately about the campaign on Sky News, and chose our Burgundy Maternity Shift Dress for the TV appearance.

The project has been running for 11 years, and its aim is to totally eliminate the risk of Maternal & Newborn Tetanus across the globe, one vaccine at a time. Every time you buy a special promotional pack of Pampers nappies or wipes, you are helping to provide 1 life-saving vaccine to someone who desperately needs it.

Kimberley Explains the Campaign Live on Sky News

As well as Sky News, Kimberley and the campaign have also been featured in Hello! online, OK & Reveal magazines, where she looked utterly glowing in our Pink Fuchsia Knot Front Maternity Dress.

Kimberley Walsh's Maternity Dresses

She has been speaking out about her own personal reasons for getting involved with this fantastic campaign:

“When you have children all you want to do is protect them from things. We’re so lucky that we have the NHS in this country and we have all the vaccinations that we need in place, from birth to whenever they stop needing them.”

This year the project has reached a huge milestone, crossing the half way point. Thanks to mums like you choosing Pampers for your babies, UNICEF have successfully eliminated the risk of MNT in 19 countries around the world. This is a fantastic result, but with 19 left to go there is still plenty of work to be done.
